We Offer TRIBE Team Training™
Group exercise classes are a great exercise option for those who enjoy working out in large groups and following exercise routines that are choreographed to the music. Commonly there is a set routine for each song and when a song is replayed, the routine is repeated. You’re exercising in a group and you’re anonymous.
TRIBE Team Training organizes members into small teams (maximum 10 people). Team members are continually learning new exercise making each session different to maximize training efforts. Although there is background music to match the program’s energy, exercises are not programmed to the music. During the TRIBE session each team member works at their own pace and is guided toward their goal.
