KIDS’ SUMMER CAMP
Gravity 2020 Training Camp Series For Kids at Gravity Fitness And Tennis. Gravity is excited to offer SIX Weeks of camps this summer. Our camps are designed to train kids ages 6 -14 to be better athletes while having fun! All activities will focus on improving the Mind and Body. PHASE II RE-OPENING
We are open for the public and all our members! We complied with all the rules, regulations, and executed our previously outlined sanitization protocols. Everyone entering the center must remove their street shoes and change into athletic shoes in the outer entryway. We continue to practice social distancing of six feet between individuals. We are now using a Hydrogen Peroxide and distilled water mixture for wiping down all equipment. Please wipe down any equipment you will be using both before and after use. Our DayCare services are open and our staff and children must wear masks until we are notified that masks are no longer required.

Martial Arts Classes
Students will learn the traditional art of Soo Bahk Do (Korean Karate). Students will develop discipline, respect, eye focus, flexibility, strength & coordination, proper movement, and breathing skills. The classes will give students a foundation in martial arts training, as well as all around movement, and will improve all other athletics pursued in their life.
Your Instructor – Oliver Whitcomb
Oliver Whitcomb is a Nationally Certified Soo Bahk Do instructor, who’s been teaching Martial Arts in the Wood River Valley since 1996. He also teaches modified martial arts to children and adults with cognitive disabilities in the Wood River Valley since 2003. Oliver has worked in many school systems teaching introductory martial arts classes as a tool for bringing discipline, focus and exercise into the class room, as well as promoting conflict resolution.
