Katie is a positive, enthusiastic and passionate fitness instructor. She has been teaching various group fitness classes for 9 years including HIIT, TRX, Barre and more. As a certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer, Katie is dedicated to working with each individual in a motivating way for positive outcomes, either within a team setting or one on one. Her goal is to create a passion for fitness in everyone and share her love through out the community. Join her for TRX on Tuesdays and Thursday at 12 PM in the Functional Fitness room at Gravity Fitness and Tennis.
Katie teaches the TRX (Total Body Resistance exercise) class at Gravity Fitness And Tennis.
