Linsey Nelson has lived in the Wood River Valley for a little over three years and has loved sharing her love for fitness with her classes here at Gravity. AFAA certified since 2009 and personal trainer certified with NASM since 2013 she has taught everything from kickboxing to Pilates, yoga to circuit training. She loves to be outdoors especially during the summer months, hiking, mountain biking and spending time with her husband and three children.

Turbo Kick is an interval based full body workout that begins with a sports specific warm-up. High paced intervals follow with kickboxing specific strength/endurance training sequences and easy to follow combinations. Fun music, fun atmosphere, great way to get some cardio in.

Linsey teaches the LIIT (Low Intensity Interval Training) and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) classes at Gravity Fitness And Tennis
