Certified AFAA And NASM Trainer
Linsey Nelson has lived in the Wood River Valley for a little over three years and has loved sharing her love for fitness with her classes here at Gravity. AFAA certified since 2009 and personal trainer certified with NASM since 2013 she has taught everything from kickboxing to Pilates, yoga to circuit training, and High Fitness aerobics. She loves to be outdoors especially during the summer months, hiking, mountain biking and spending time with her husband and three children.
One of Linsey’s specialty classes is High Fitness; a modern aerobics class with a unique twist. Linsey is also a certified instructor for Tribe Team Training
group fitness classes.
Linsey teaches the High Fitness and Tribe CORE classes at Gravity Fitness And Tennis.
