This class is a variety of total body conditioning that involves strength, cardiovascular, flexibility and balance exercises. Designed to target all major and minor muscle groups while alternating cardiovascular drills in a variety of ways. We utilize a mix of free weights, TRX, weighted bars, resistance bands, med balls, stability balls , steps and cardio movement. Suited for a beginner to a fitness fanatic you set your own bar for how hard you want to push.
